Directions to Prepare Agar-agar
Bring 400ml water to a boil. Pour and stir agar-agar mix into boiling water. Continue stirring and leave to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into moulds. Set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set.
