Standard delivery will be by ParcelForce Express48 to all postcodes in England, Wales & Scotland (excluding the Highlands & the Islands). 


We prepare and send out parcels every Monday & Wednesday.  As we are using ParcelForce 48-hour service, this gives them enough time to deliver without keeping the parcels in their depot overnight. Do give us your mobile phone number during placing of orders which ParcelForce will use to keep you informed and provide 1-hour slot for delivery.


Unfortunately for all orders below £50.00, we will have to charge a delivery charge of £6.50 which will cover the fees charged by ParcelForce for this service. 


However, we are pleased to informed you that all our customers who place order of £50.01 and above, we will be providing FREE DELIVERY to most postcodes in UK.


Unfortunately, we do have addresses that are not within the areas covered by Parcelforce, ie. the Highlands & the Islands for standard delivery and those postcodes are with prefixes, namely BT, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR & ZE. If you find your postcode within the exempted postcode areas, do not despair. Please contact us and we will check with ParcelForce for the applicable surcharge and get back to you. 


Customers outside of UK, please contact us on shop@britmal.co.uk before placing your order to check the delivery charges and to confirm that the courier service deliver to your location. You will be responsible for any custom charges. We might not be able to provide you with a tracked courier service. 

If for some reason you are not entirely happy with the product and would like to return, we are more than happy to assist you with refund or exchange. Items should be unused and should be returned in a resalable condition. The packaging should be in its original state unopened along with the invoice. If you are uncertain about a product, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and they will be more than happy to help you with the process.


We do not accept returns or exchanges of goods including personalised or made to order item unless the item purchased is defective or sent in error.

Please note: You must highlight the issues within 24 hours of the delivery. Return process are restricted and dependent upon the nature of the product.

Items should be returned in its original packaging- unused along with the invoice and labels.

We recommend that you pack the return packages carefully to avoid any damage in transit. (It is advisable to use tracked courier service)


Refund Process

Refunds are issued once the goods are received and inspected thoroughly.


Refunds may take 7-14 working days depending on the payment method used at checkout.
